Lent is the season when we prepare ourselves to remember and celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus. It is typically characterized by repentance over our sin and having an awareness of our fallen humanity. However, the conclusion of the Lenten season brings the light of Christ’s work. Through his death on the cross, he redeems humanity. Through his resurrection, he overcomes death and ushers in the Kingdom as he is seated at the right hand of the Father.
May these readings bring you into an awareness of our brokenness and need, but also lead you into worship and gratitude for the redeeming work of Jesus Christ. We invite you to join us as we engage God's Word togeher as we look forward to Easter.
